Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your orderβs progress in real time.
What is your return policy?
- Full-priced eyewear may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are not available.
- Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

What should I do if my sunglasses are faulty?
Please email studio@baulus.co within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the defect. The team will be able to assist you further.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. BAULUS ships worldwide using tracked and insured services. Delivery times vary by destination.
What are domestic shipping times?
Orders within Australia typically arrive within 1β3 business days.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Domestic orders can be shipped to PO Boxes. International orders require a residential or business address.
Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 2pm local time are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Is click-and-collect available?
Currently, Baulus does not offer a click-and-collect service.
